I'm wondering if anyone entered into this giveaway put on by the Home and Garden channel. If so, if won, would you keep it or sell it and make your own dream home?

I would probably sell it and stay here in Minnesota near my kids. I couldn't afford to keep two houses and wouldn't want to. Then I would build my own dream home. And make it as green as possible!

I would sell it too. For me, I couldn't afford the 200,000+ taxes without selling. And yes, I'd build as green as possible. With all the Dream Homes they say they don't expect anyone to keep it - and I don't think anyone has. The Cruzs tried to though. I'd buy in the Four Corners area. Although I'd love to be near my mom - this would hopefully be a forever home I could pass on to my kids.
