i dont need to wish for.. or even ask for it much anymore. im horribly spoiled by a fantastic man who recognizes how hard i work at home and appreciates just what running flights of stairs does to make you sore all over, that routinely stops when walking by while im at the computer.. and starts rubbing my neck and shoulders for me. in addition to these random impromtu rubbings.. on a regular basis (and by regular, i mean at least twice a week.. sometimes more) will toss me on the massage table and gimme a full body massage from head to toe. im a very lucky lucky girl..

You are, not only to have him - but those massages are good for you physically, emotionally and even mentally. Is he a therapist or do you just keep a table around?

he earned his reiki masters certifications last year, which is why we got the table, and its in a room designed specifically for the purpose. complete with fountain and candles.. music and scent. i so love the atmosphere in this space. hes now endeavering to go after a massage therapy lisence to add to it mix.. so i get to play guinea pig and get both performed on me on a regular basis. it started as a stress relieving thing for me.. and has turned into ritualistic healing. its helped immensely in several directions.. one of which, it has brought he and i closer together intimately and strengthened our relationship by leaps and bounds.

I still have to take my test to get certified. That room sounds perfect - save for the scent which would give me a migraine - not conducive to relaxation!

Not just while mylotting, I want a whole team of massage therapists... and a 24/7 team at that. Slight pain here and there and it can flare up a bit, but thankfully its not like it was a few years back. I'd think an on-command team for massages would be just splendid

When I was an intern, it only cost 25 dollars for people to come in for a massage at the student clinic - do you have a school near by. I hear you - I need a few massage at least a week!

Yes...and my neck too as I scruntch up my shoulders and so by the time I am off the computer I have a knot in between the shoulder blades. I do like someone to rub my knots out....but when my son does it.....man he digs in so hard he almost drops me to my knees! LOL

He probably does that so you don't ask too much! We all need to get rich and have personal massage and physical therapist. Many on here have physical problems that I think would be helped by this.

Hello artmis. Sometimes when I sit too long before my computer, I feel very sored on the back and neck. Then I wish to lay down for a while for a rest. Of course, if there was someone doing some massaging for me, it would be a nice enjoyment.
