baby chin rash

My baby grand-daughter has a rash on her chin. My daughter has tried a bunch of stuff but she says nothing is working. Anyone with any home remedies for a rash under a babies chin?

It's probably from the drool. Keep a bib on her and change it frequently so she won't rub the chin on wet clothes all the time. Then you can use vaseline.

The only thing I have found that works is to stop the dribble contacting the skin so a waterproof cream like vaseline it also helps to soothe it.
Continualy rubbing only makes it worse so just dabbing at the weat area with a soft cotten cloth works better than rubbing at it
