E-mail Hoaxes

why are there so many e-mail hoaxes circulating the globe? who are the people behind this and what is their purpose? is it a sign of a lack of responsibility in forwarding mails or people who receives them are just plain gullible? what is the effect of e-mail hoaxes in our society?

I think most savy computer users know to be aware of them, but there is always someone who is going to be naive and gullible. The scammers know even if they get a 2% response they will still be able to scam a good bit of money.

yeah. you're right. poverty is really eating our world alive. people is coming up with a lot of things just to earn money. even if it is a way of fooling others.
