Salad is very important for health. one must always have some salads in his meal.

It's good for you and yes you should have it with your meals but for me I don't know if I'd have it with every meal because depending on my moods sometimes I crave for it and it may last a week or days and sometimes I just don't wanna see it anywhere lol
