There are many keyboard layouts for English. Most commen and popular is QWERTY Layout.
DVORAK is a keyboard layout which is more ergonomic than qwerty keyboard. It also has keyboard for use with both or single hand which again differs for right and left hand.
I use QWERTY and searching for DVORAK in the market.
Which keyboard layout do you use?

The QWERTY keyboard was originally designed to stop typewriter keys from jamming when typing quuickly on the first manual typewriters, so it does not surprise me that a better setup could be developed for computer use.
As I am a touch typist and never look at the keyboard while typing, I could not possibly use anything other than a QUERTY.

So thats what a DVORAK mean. I was responding to a discussion about online typing trainer when I thought I should download an offline free version and installed it for my kids. I was studying the options when I saw that keyboard type QWERTY DVORAK . I don't know what that thing is so I just leave it as is. So like the rest, I'm using a QWERTY one.
