do Yoga really works ??

mine all family members elder dan me are crazy abt yoga .i just not able to understand do this really work?if any one knows and expert pl tell me if it works or no /?

The practise of Yoga develops the whole human system.One should learn yoga from a well trained expert.It originated from India now it is followed more by the western countries as many have come to know of the benefits it does one's body and health.Yoga when done systematically makes the body agile and nimble.The circulation of blood in the arteries and veins is kept in order.There will be no stagnation of blood in any part of the body.It lubricates the whole body system.It prevents hardening of the arteries.Even people who are aged can do Yoga.People of all ages can practise it.It prevents many diseases and those who have disease can find a cure with Yoga.

Hey, great explanation about yoga. I've also tried it and want to continue practicing. A well trained expert is a must because some positions are dangerous if you don't do them properly.

yes, it works. if you practize it regularly and sincerely, of course you will get the benefit. i physically and mentally feel better after practizing yoga.

yoga has 3 parts - asana(postures),pranayama(breathing) and dhyan ( meditation).

Well for the practitioners I think it really works for them. I think for us to know if it works we should maybe join them and experience it on our own to see and prove it really works. I am not a practitioner myslef but I have seen and read that it does work for them.

It depends on your level of belief in Yoga. Yaga can certainly increase your flexibility and balance. It can also tone your muscles and help you lose weight. If you practice yoga regularly for a few months, you'll be amazed at your progress. I usually practice few yoga exercises(aasanas) twice a week. You'll have to find the right schedule for you( prefer early morning), though. The main thing is to be consistent and not rush yourself. Your goal should be to master each of the poses. Some will take a little work, others will take a lot of work.

Yes,it is.Doing yoge can help to increase immue power and make u strong inside. I got this from a yoga instructor.

I believe it does work if you practice it correctly and devote time for it. I have tried Bikram Yoga and a bit of Ashtanga. It has helped calm me down and prepare my body for sleep. Some of the positions also help when I have cramps or tummy ache/gastritis.

definitely YOGA will works. simply you take deep breath and push it out, it will help for heart. i followed patajali yoga ( guru ramadevji,haridvara) since from one and half year. i do five PRANAYAMA'S everyday in the morning about 20 minutes. now i feel very healthy, it cannot be explained but anyone can feel it.please do the yoga and believe it.

Yoga doesnt work its you to make yoga work.You have to follow certain rules as regularity,avoiding certain food stuff etc.it makes you strong internally and keeps diseases at bay.it powers your immune system.recent reports show that it can cure cancer,recover paralysed patient etc.actually it increases your oxygen carrying capacity and with more oxygen there will be more blood purification in your body,hence increases your disease fighting capacity.it keeps you physically and mentally fit.
