Yoga and other non impact exercise is the best for your body and thus for your health. If getting up in the morning and walking is your thing though I recommend it to you. You should do the exercise regimen that you are most comfortable with and that keeps you healthy.

I really would like to try morning walking and I know that is really good for my health! but that is really hard to keep doing that every morning! I am use to do Yoga twice a week, or once a week! I think that is good for female,but I am not sure that is enough for male either, or not? Maybe you can try Yoga also, You can do that every evening or morning, whenever you want! you do not need and facility for Yoga, that is easy for learning also! there are numbers of programs online! according to my opinion, Yoga is also a good sport to maintain health
