My belly button has black stuff in it?

My belly button is black from the inside and i cant really clean it much innie belly button. i clean it but the black stuffis hard to get out. is it infected?

put some peroxide in it and let sit for a minute or two and clean it with a swab. that should do it, i dont think black stuff means its infected, but it it doesnt come out you should consult a doctor..
