i was posted last week about the alarming text messages that would hit the entire Philippines, that was a fault alarm to divert attention of the political crisis we have now and the price increase. well, we experience earthquake awhile ago, i don't know where the epicenter of the quake, i know some part of the Philippines experience stronger than we had here. i felt nervous because i live alone and in the 2nd floor of the building. it's a strong shake of the entire building, no text messages i received about the quake. the quake last about 20-30 seconds but it's strong. if it will last a minute maybe some building collapsed. thanks God. therefore, earthquake can not be predicted.

I did not feel any earthquake this past few days or weeks... but if that happens... i would be very scared because i live at the third floor of an apartment building... although it is quite new... still... nothing is safe from a strong earthquake... aside for that... i live alone with my baby... since my husband is working abroad... i hope there will come a time when earthquakes can be predicted... that would save a lot of lives...

I have never experienced an earthquake and hope to never have the experience. I'm surprised that you are still in the building being as your on the second floor. I think I would be out side for a very long time if I were feeling a quake. Your right they can't be predicted. I wish that they could be then all those lives lost in China could have been saved. Hopefully some day they can be predicted. I hope you don't have another one.
