Does any one know if Cloe's contract has been renewed? I know there were some issues, but they seemed confident they would be resolved. I was just wondering if she is signed up for next season.

Last I had heard she was not going to be on the next season as well as Lana. It will be interesting to see how the next season is going to turn out. I can't wait.

Yes, Chloe will be back for Season 8. Unfortunately Michael Rosenbam(Lex Luther) will not be a regular on the show. Producers are hoping for a guest appearance but Lex Luther's character will be changed for making way of a new villan. Her name is "Tess", she is Lex Luther's cronie. Kristen Kruek will not return as a season regular either. So goodbye Lana Lang, We will really miss you.

i always loved michael rosenbaum as lex luthor. in fact, i don't actually regard lex's role here as really villainous, i mean all his actions are justifiable, and he was often the victim and the misunderstood in smallville. too bad he won't be a regular in season eight, but i have my collection here where i can always go back to juicy lex episodes...

She did come back for the season, but in last nights episode her memory of Clark's powers is erased from her memory.

I guess I am kind of late for this discussion. The show is back on and Chloe is on there so what ever contract issues she was having must have been resolved. I like Chloe too. Every superhero needs a smart friend that can find things out for them, that is Chloe. I do miss the Lex character though.

oh no, they could not possibly let chloe leave smallville (i should hope not)! chloe's character is just as strong as lana lang, i mean chloe is the sidekick hero here, what would clark do without chloe? it's like chloe sullivan is clark kent's conscience in smallville. i would be curious to see how they could pull smallville without chole sullivan and her curiousity...
