Adventure

Yes, I am an Adventurer and I call myself the Maxi Explorer. I just love adventure and for that reason I am an independent traveler. I buy a flight, travel around on local transport and stay in rustic accommodation. I enjoy meeting the local people, watching wildlife and seeing different landscapes. Although I adore to spend time on palm fringed beaches I must have other things to do as well. I love to go snorkeling in a coral sea and see the brightly colored fish. It is exciting when I meet small sharks and sting rays. I enjoy climbing up mountains and going on walks in the countryside as well as along the coastline. It is lovely to visit historical sites and find out about history. This summer I will have an adventure in Latvia. I wish you happy traveling.

I'm not sure I would concider myself to be adventurous, but I do like to travel and see new things. I will try new things as well depending on way they are.

I think that a small part of me desires adventure but for the most part, no. I like adventuring through the woods, especially along a stream or river. There is so much to see, even in your own area that if you are not at least a little adventurer, you miss out on a lot.

I am an adventurer. I do enjoy immersing myself in the local culture and seeing a city from the inside. When I travel I usually hook with a local to show me the non-tourist spots so I can see what it is really like. My sister likes to go to resorts, but I prefer not to be hemmed in. I want to wander.

I do before. I love to experience traveling alone only visiting local places. I have tried to travel internationally and I was alone, it was very challenging since there were no many cancelation happened and it was my first time, I had difficulty locating some areas and good thing that I made it!

Hello friend, an adventurer? I am afraid not! I am a peaceful cat. I love the home and the hearth, and the warm fires. I enjoy home cooked food, and flowers in the garden. Adventures and travelling would kill me. Nopes, I want my home, sweet home! No place like home!! Cheers and happy mylotting!

Hi as2006! I do love to travel. But like you I am not to much of an adventurous person myself. I only go with the tour bus but not really go by myself. I guess, I am scared of being lost in a new city or a place I have never been. Take Care and God Bless! Celebrate Life!

Hello as2006. I love to travel and to explore places on my own. Recently on a trip to Japan, I went to a hair salon where no one spoke English and got a haircut! I knew a few words in Japanese and looked up the words for "haircut" and "shampoo" so I could ask for them. Then, I motioned with my hands to look at a book of hairstyles, then I got a shampoo and cut and curl with blowdry! It was fantastic! It was one of the most interesting experiences I've ever had on a trip. PearlGrace

I like to explore new places and have new experiences but I don't need to travel far to do it. I enjoy visiting places not too far from home. I will take time to discover things to see and do when I am there. I can walk for miles just to see what there is. I also get a lot from books and reading about far away places.
