I was about 48 hours without sleep and it was when I was young many tears ago.As for today my wife said that I can sleep without end.

Unfortunately,When I was born I have only my parents because my grandmothers and grandfathers from both sites of my parents gone in the Holocaust in Europe.but my sons had and now we are grandmothers and grandfathers to our nephew and we give him I hope a wonderful life.

In my opinion age is part of our mind. It's only number. It's depend of you how you feel and see yourself and think.For example I'm 64 years old have a wonderful family with sons and nephews and feel myself as very young person that all the future is front of me.

Yes I'm especially in the morning in my way to work by car.Than I hear the news,songs and sport news.And the same in the way back from work to home.

I'm diabetic too for 15 years as for now I'm not on insulin only tablets. I don't think you can get rid of it but you can maintain the normal level of your blood. In my opinion you can stabilize the situation by diet,sport-like walking,to drink water only. I wish you to be in good health.

In my opinion is good to speak many languages but only if you are talented to this or you have learn this from some reasons.To learn a language when you are adult it's not so easy.For example: I was born in Poland and speak the language until today even I live in Israel many years.I speak English too. I always borrow books from the library. I love reading and that brings me a lot of fun. I'm so interested reading that I borrow books every week or two.Not always I have the time to read even I love it very much.The books that I love most are: Drama,economy,action etc'.
