Writing assignment...

Hey, Raydene My senses tell me that you would be a great Podcaster, so I'm going to give you an assignment that you can talk about-- That is, write orally... "I'm here to tell you that the World is a really funny place when..." I don't write fiction AT ALL, because I'm too literal, so the best thing for me to do is to write about every day lie. Go to the coffee shop, or something, and write about what's happening in there. Take the actions of the people, and put them onto your own characters. Give them their own names and descriptions, but narrate what is going on at the coffee shop. Or tell a story from the point of view of how you would imagine it would be to work at that coffee shop. Imagine you're behind the counter serving the customers. Or tell the story from the point of view of a coffee cup, and how it feels to be filled with hot yummy coffee and how nice it is to please the customers, or how bored you are as a coffee cup, and how you'd rather be anything BUT a coffee cup. LOL

I have a question. I don't know if it's appropriate to ask you but you can always tell me to pull my head in or whatever, . I have been thing about creationism and evolution and how creationists think Adam And Eve started the human race. Surely if that were so there had to be a lot of incest over the years. Also, if that is the case, how did the various races come to be; Asian, African, Nordic, Aboriginal, Maori? These peoples are all different colours with different shaped skulls, different shaped features like eyes, ears and noses.

No politics? Dang. *puts on thinking cap* Okay, how about something relevant to our lives? Like...frugal living or...alternative energy (it's more of an environmental issue that political, yes?). ^_^'

zzzzzzzzzzzzzzz Hellos Ravenladyj, your brain on hold with writing. I've had that problem many times over. TRy this for starters it always works for me and its also how I came out with a masterpiece poem. talk to yourself outloud from one to two minutes about nothing, or something. Then with pen and paper in hand(no computers they take away your imagination.) write down the first word that enters your mind and keep going. Try for the first 15 minutes to half hour. Then look at the words or phrases that you have wrote. Don't worry about what you are writing down just keep going and voila you will have something to work with.\ Just try and see what happens.
