I need an idea for a costume party (its my friends 30th birthday) I would have prefered a "normal" party or if she had a theme but its just not a option. As we are going overseas we need all the money we can save so buying something expencive is not an option. I need something that can be done for less. Or simply some ideas on how to make something. Her husband had a costume party as well my husband went as sadam (mask) and I was a princes so we need something different.
