I have also read in another article saying the same thing that the bacteria Staph aures and E. coli may cause SIDS in babies who die unexpectedly. If this is true then it will be easy to treat this infections with antibiotics. But SIDS occur in babies who seem to be healthy and suddenly they die.Hope this development and study will give light to this problem.

thanks for the information. this will be a godsent for all the young mothers at mylot. good to know that they are working on the causes now and have some good information to help new mothers care for their babies better.

I am glad I found it too. I am glad scientists are working on cures to help us people who have no clue how to get rid of illnesses or try to prevent them from happening. This one has always been scary for me and I am glad my son never had it. So as a mother when I read this I wanted to share it with other mothers and fathers out there and hoped it would shed some light on this scary subject.
