Favorite verse/s in the bible

I have always turned to the bible for comfort, inspiration strength and guidance even in relation to everyday concerns and I have always been satisfied in my needs.Whenever I am worried or have some problems one of my favorite verses is that where Jesus says why worry mentioning the birds who do not harvest or store food but who do not go hungry and so forth. For those who read the bible maybe you might like to share what are your favorite verses and why.

You have said it right, the words of the Lord had become the food for my soul. I always found answer in everything that I need, whatever it is in the bible.
One of the many favorite verse I have in the bible could be found in 1 Corinthians, it said;
[i][/i]No temptation has seized you except what is common to man, God is good, He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear, And when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so you can overcome it.
For me this verse had said it all.

Whenever I have problems or troubled seemingly with no solution in sight, this verse reminds me that God will not allow to be visited upon us, problems and worries beyond our capacity to endure.This gives me strength and always help me find solutions or to get through whatever crisdes I am going through.

I tend to turn inside myself when I need something and one of my favorites is this, 'let me survive this, lord'. The pain can get very great and when nothing else helps I say that and it seems to be efficacious. Another favorite of mine is something from somewhere else, 'this will pass' and whatever is troubling me is sure to make its way out of my consciousness.

Since I am a kid I have keep this verse in my heart, and when i am in a certain circumstance, this one would remind me on how to deal in every situation.
"Trust in The LORD with all thine heart; and lean not in thine own understanding.
In all thy ways, acknowledge Him and He shall direct thy paths"
- Proverbs 3:5-6

I used to believe I could solve my problems on my own depending on my own strength but now I have taken that verse to heart and even in my littlest concern I automatically lift it up to the Lord for guidance.That's really what we need to do---Trust in the Lord

My favorite verse is Rom 10:20 - I was found by those who didn't seek me, I revealed myself to those who did not ask for me. This verse instills faith in me especially as I come from non-Christian background & this verse brings hope for my tribe who don't seek Him, but I do sincerely pray for their Salvation.
