what to expect at ADHD / autism assesment???

Hi all my 2 year old son is being refered for an assesment for the above becasue of his behaviour issues. I am just wondering what to expect when we go to the appointment as im not sure what they will be looking for or want him to do ect. A little insight into the procedures at these assesments would put my mind at ease.
