Drug heparin coming from China and unregulated

China is doing it again. Why are we trusting them? It seems many small family businesses are the people who make the drug heparin which we are importing. They have no rules, no supervision, and the use of parts from sick animals is common. We are inspecting them every 13 years! What! Read the article here

We are so intent on having trade with China that we don't realize they do apparently not have the same quality control as we do here. Our problem is that we are screaming for cheaper everything from what we buy at WalMart to our medical care. At this point we can't have both.

This is exactly the point. You get what you pay for. People want more and more these days and rather than saying, no, I can't afford it they cut back on something important like health.
People are conned into believing they can have anything they want but there is a price. Many parents today give kids whatever they ask for so these kids are growing up thinking they can have whatever they want...but who's going to pay for it? Their parents? LOL. I don't think so.

..this was a very good article, so eye opening.. How can we be so foolish as to commit the manufacture of something so important as people's medicine without the proper regulations? The only thing I disagreed with the writer on, is that it's not the presidency which makes the laws, it's the legislature.

that is terrible, what happened to the fda, when it is going to start looking into this and stop it from continuing, didn't enough animals get sick already.

Good thing I know I cant take heparin!and others call cartiaX does the same thing and they are realated to others that I cant take for they do make my BP get real high when I took them I stopped them just befoer heart attach.
Now they have me on 2 othrs and my BP jumps all over the place as I get monitored 3 days a week may should look in to them to see if the have this in them
