Son bothers me every time I get on here.

It never fails. Every time I get on my computer to do something, my son comes up with something he needs done on the computer right away. I can go for days without touching the computer but let me get on here and he suddenly has to have something printed off or he has to look up something or he has to check the weather. And the bad part about it is, we have two computers. Heaven forbid he get on the other one to look something up. No he has to interrupt me every time. It makes me want to scream. I have even tried different times of the day and he still does it. It is almost like he has built in radar that tells him when I get online.

Test: Try getting on the other computer, and see if he bothers you there. Or is there something wrong with the other computer?
Anyway, if you are on the other computer and he still bothers you, bring it up to him. You are the parent, he shouldn't tell you what to do!

I have tried using both computers and he still bothers me. He is grown but has disabilities. I don't know what it is that bothers him about me being on the computer. He just has to have my attention I guess. If I could afford it, I would get him a laptop or something so he would have his own in his room. Maybe that would help.

Ah, I see now. Maybe he feels that he is not receiving enough attention from you when you are on the computer. Maybe a laptop would help, but maybe he just wants to feel like you are there. Maybe you should discover the origin of the problem before taking another step forward. A laptop is a costly investment.

That would drive me crazy. I believe i would have to tell him that the next time he does that to me, he will get a punishment for it. that sounds like what my daughter used to do to me also. Mine had to do with the bathroom though. We have two bathrooms but every time that i would decide to use one or the other, she would always need something out of it. It drove me nuts. It was like she had radar too and just wanted to get on my nerves.

Maybe you should ask him to go use the other computer to do what he needs done or wait for you to finish what your doing if he cant use the other one.Have a great day.
