Which do you prefer to do?

I like to do both, although you are right in that it can be hard work answering comments to our own discussions. I do love to respond to other peoples discussions, I get a wide variety of things then where as when I am setting my own discussions I feel like I am missing out on the rest of the myLot world!

I prefer to responce the discussions. I'm no good in making discussions but when I need a piece of advice or want to share something with others I post discussion.

I seem to do better at answering other discussions myself. Then I do at starting them. Besides I like to read my friends discussions and answer them back the best that I can.

i would rather answer the discussions posted by everyone than replying to the ones i made because i feel like a parrot , saying the things over and over again.especially, if you got the answer already. i feel like i just want to copy and paste it. yes, you are right, it gives me a sense of variety.

I like to do both.While responding to others discussions enhances knowledge and broadens the outlook,responding to the comments assures others that their views are read and appreciated.

I also like to respond to others discussions as there is so much variety and so much work done that I feel I should respond to. I love the comments but there are 'so many and only so much time to do anything in that i have to budget my time accordingly.

I like to do both. I particularly pay attention to those who took the time to respond to my post in the spirit of discussion. That is after all what we are supposed to do. I feel if people put more effort into the discussion side of things and put some thought into their posts and less into make as many posts on as many topics as we can, that the pay rates would be higher. I guess that wouldn't work for most of the folk here though.

I like to do a mixture although I don't tend to post that many discussions! The main reason is that I try to keep up to date with all my friends discussions before starting my own and when I have I sometimes worry about not being able to answer responses I get - I hate keeping people hanging! lol xxx

I do both. Nowadays I tend to answer others' discussions as it's not easy to think out new and special discussions. If I receive responses from others, I do add my comments because it's a kind of appreciation in my opinion. I love China

I would go for browsing to different discussions. Though I am not that type who responds to all comments in my discussions, I read it and rate it as well.

I like reading all the discussion and I'll pick and chose which I will answer. some are not to interesting, others are very interesting. So it just depends.

I have no preference really, I love to receive responses to my discussions and answer each one individually and the banter sometimes that goes on within but I also get that in some of the discussions I respond to too. I find though if I respond and never receive anything back that can dishearten me a bit so will read through other responses and maybe make extra comments there to make it a bit more into a discussion. There are so many varied topics out there like you say and it is so interesting reading other peoples views on there as they can differ so much. I just love myLot whether responding to mine or theirs really. Ellie :D

Same with you. I would respond to other’s discussions first to make sure that they know I appreciate their discussions just the same they have spent some times to respond to mine. When I’m finished with responding to their discussions, I would see if there were any responses to my discussions that I should add more words to.

I do the same as you. Answering to discussions are more interesting than making comments.

I prefer responding other people's discussion. It is a bit difficult to find new topics and I hate to ask the same things over and over again... That is why I start new discussions so rarely.

I check out for any comments to my post and reply to them if I feel the need to. I then go to my friends new post. They are in my email, so this is easier than if I had to search each one out. I like these it's new discussions and something different to read. Although each reply I get is different too. I guess you can say I don't really have a favorite. I like them all.

I do agree with you that answering to comments is rather boring if the responses are sort of mechanical. I prefer to respond to discussions. I have the choice to decide whether to respond or skip when I read any notifications. Of course I too have to choice to decide whether to post a discussion :p

I like doing both although I don't post discussions that much so I respond to others' discussions more than to replies of my own discussions.

I personally prefer responding to other's discussions.Because it helps me to increase my friends and my earnings as they can see my discussions and respond to them.

Hi frnd, the options you hav given me are insuffient. I like to start discussions more rather than answering, this gives me more chance to know how much others think like me.
