I love lamb, and I would be really grateful if anyone has any recipes that they have tried and tested using a breast of lamb....I could look on the internet ,but I would far rather try a recipe that someone has already tried...its a good cheap cut,and there must be some ideas out there?????

Maybe you have a crockpot,I put mine into a crockpot,I roll it up and skewer it then I stick it into the pot and then I add stock,to the stock I add some chopped veg and then let it go all day,and its a good tasty cheap meal, the meat gets tender and tho theres not too much meat on there but its still good as its plumped up with all of the veg, good luck.

I just saw a recipe for lamp using rhubarb which stuck in my mind as it sounded interesting. Typically, I've just trawled my emails and do you think I can find it? No, of course not! Enjoy your dinner though. Lamb is one of my favourites when it's cooked nicely.

Now thats not to bad an iea...the lamb is a sweet meat and the sharpness of the rhubarb...so maybe the two compliment each other.
