Breast of lamb dishes,any ideas???

I love lamb,and I would be really grateful if anyone has any recipes that they have tried and tested using a breast of lamb....I could look on the internet ,but I would far rather try a recipe that someone has already tried...its a good cheap cut,and there must be some ideas out there?????

Maybe you have a crockpot,I put mine into a crockpot,I roll it up and skewer it then I stick it into the pot and then I add stock,to the stock I add some chopped veg and then let it go all day,and its a good tasty cheap meal,the meat gets tender and tho theres not too much meat on there but its still good as its plumped up with all of the veg,good luck.

I just saw a recipe for lamp using rhubarb which stuck in my mind as it sounded interesting. Typically, I've just trawled my emails and do you think I can find it? No, of course not!
Enjoy your dinner though. Lamb is one of my favourites when it's cooked nicely.
