Hello, yogesh! There is nothing good sources of calcium other than milk and milk products.some amount of calcium is available in leafy vegetables.in your diet you include such vegetables and cheese, curd, etc.so that your body may get enough calcium only yogurt can meet 50% of your daily calcium requirements.two cups of yogurt is suggested for daily intake with your lunch or breakfast.thanx.

I like milk in all its forms. WHy dont you try curd or buttermilk . Icecream is also a good source of milk i think. If you dont like these things too then it is better to go for the pill.

milk has 29.7% of our daily calcium requirements. xcellent sources of calcium include Spinach has 24.5, turnip greens with 19.7, mustard greens and collard greens. Very good sources of calcium include blackstrap molasses, Swiss chard, yogurt, kale, mozzarella cheese, cow's milk, and goat's milk. Basil, thyme, dill seed, cinnamon, and peppermint leaves are also very good sources of calcium. Good sources of calcium include romaine lettuce, celery, broccoli, sesame seeds, fennel, cabbage, summer squash, green beans, garlic, tofu, Brussel sprouts, oranges, asparagus and crimini mushrooms. Oregano, rosemary, parsley, kombu, and kelp are also good sources of calcium. I got these from the Worlds Healthiest foods. I hope it will help. I don't drink milk but try to get my calcium for these foods. This is a better way in my opinion.
