decline of Western Civilization? He's not funny, racist. not his real name, and he's not even Mexican? That's right his real name is Ned Holman and he's half German half Honduran. Yet he's always making stupid Mexican jokes and acting like look I can make fun of other ethnic groups cause I make fun of my own, Mexicans. But he's not Mexican. He also steal jokes check youtube "Carlos Mencia steals jokes". Who's with me in hating this phony, unfunny bigot?

My grown boys love the guy and think he's funny but I don't. I don't find it amusing to make fun of people like that. I saw a couple of his routines and wasn't impressed.

There's making fun of individuals like the President which I think is necessary and then there's making fun of a group of people of a certain ethnicity which is a low form of humor that I don't find funny at all and is out and out racism. Why do they allow this creep on the airwaves?

I know there is freedom of speech and that is good and necessary, but hate speech should not be protected. Do you know that the KKK can march down the street spreading their hatred and no one can do anything about it, because its protected under free speech. In Canada they have free speech, but hate speech is not protected.

Free speech is free speech. You can make fun of people and races here and not be punished. You can say what you like. But God help you if you want to say something good about Christianity, you'll be accused of hating other religions. It's a messed up country when people like Mencia can slander an entire race and people laugh but someone who wants to say a silent prayer in school is punished.
