which staff should take the English language training?

It is probably a good idea for almost everyone to learn at least a little English because it is sort of the "Lingua Franca" of the internet. My favorite way to study languages is to read children's books, preferably with translations on the opposite pages. When we studied Chanson de Roland in French class, we had a book that gave the text in 3 languages and had vocabulary help at the bottom of each page. That was fun. I like epic stories like El Cid and The Song of Roland and Beowulf. Can you tell the the name of the earlier known epic story written in Chinese languages and what the story is about?
