I'm sad today

I don't know way but yesterday and today I am sad. I am always cheerful and suddenly I feel sad. It is like my life isn't important to none, like if I am not important to none. I am feeling myself empty and I don't know why. I am nothing, I don't want to see none, talk with none. What is this??? It is not me. I really hope that this feeling go out quickly. I hate myself today. Want to be happy again because it is me. OK, mylot is good to uncover feelings lol.

teka, How are you feeling today? by any chance was it cloudy, or raining yesterday? Sometimes the wheather makes one feel sad. I myself can't stand it when it rain or when it's cloudy, I get sad and get to the point I want to cry. I really hope that your feeling better. take care.

I agree with previous thoughts that this happens ot all of us at some time or other. The most important thing is to take care of yourself. Make sure you eat well and get enough sleep. Lack of sleep can cause some nasty feelings- at least for me anyway. Hope you're feeling better!

I'm sorry that you feel bad today my friend. I hope things start getting better for you right now. Many blessings are for you. When I feel bad I turn the music to something upbeat and nice to listen to. Music brings my moods up. I will also do something I like doing or go get something for myself. You are someone and you are important to more people than you realize. Take a nice bath, soaking in some good smelling lavender with a few candles around and a good book to read. This always relaxes me and I feel better. Brightest blessings to you.

Thank you so much my dear teka. I am very glad that you feel better today. You know, we all or at least many of us have bad days and think the way you do. It's not a matter of what we have or have not done. It's just raging hormones I think. You know if the hormones are out of whack it throws us in a depression. It has been said that people age 25 and up may need extra hormones. That this is the age we start long them. I didn't know it was that young, until reading something form the scientists about it. It stands to reason though. We reach a peak in our lives around this age as far as the body goes. Also the 7 year itch has something to do with this. Our bodies go through change every 7 years. Throwing us into different aspects of bodily feelings.

Hi my dear moondancer. You are a nice person and many thanks for said that I'm important for people. I know I'm important for my daughter only. But it is good to hear that we are important for the people. I have had bad moments and perhaps it make me feel this way. I look at the past and think that I was a good person and people don't deserve it or may be I'm a good person so I deserve what happen, you can choose between the both lol. Be good some times isn't fair but we are the way we are. Thanks for your advise and today I am feeling better thank God. I am happy to have you as a friend, some people here are very nice. We all come to this sad feeling once in a while. We feel tired and seems theres nothing more to our life. What I usually do when I felt this way, I go to a quiet place and meditate. Think about the people who love me and how blessed or lucky I am for having a much better life than the other people. We usually see the beautiful life we have when we stop momentarily and think about the good things we have and count the blessings that comes into our life. Though we have not seen or meet personally, but we are here, your friends in mylot, to cheer you up in this bad moment of your life. Go on and shake that sad feeling away!

My lot is indeed a good place to vent . I sometimes will go from a happy day to a sad day as well It just will happen all of the sudden. I make myself after an hour more of staying in bed just get up . I will take a shower and go outside . Sometimes, seeing sunlight and feeling the warmth on the skin will help . Try to do simple things that make you happy and I hope that helps with the mood . Sometimes, talking with a friend will help too . People do care , dont forget that !!

I believe that is happen every once in a while. If you're still feeling that way, go take a shower, get dressed and go out and buy yourself something. Don't stay home, this will mnake it worst, if you have to cry, do it. let all you emotions out. Call a friend, go have lunch. I hope this helps.

teka be good to yourself and go out and do something you really like to do. take yourself out to dinner and order your favorite foods. go window shopping at your favorite stores. be happy and delighted as you walk along looking at all the various things in store windows. stop at a convalescent home and talk to the old people there. helping someone else will bring you joy.
