Please Let Me Know About Some Ways To Build Muscel And Lose Fats I Am Also Engaged In Bodybuilding Activity But Can't Know How To Lose Fats

you go to the gym everyday? if you do, don't worry so much. losing weight is not that easy. it takes time and effort. don't eat too much fatty food. go on a proper diet by eating healthy food and not by killing yourself by not eating anymore. if you want to eat chocolates, go for the dark ones... like the 70 or 80% chocolates. that's also good for the heart. by the way, don't weigh your day everyday. better to do it atleast once a week. anne

If you want to permanently lose weight, you want to be sure you are losing fat. If you are trying to build muscle, you also have to eat enough so your body can use the energy to build muscle. The only way (other than surgery) to lose fat is to use (burn) it. That means that you need to use more calories than you eat. Try eating 5 or 6 smaller meals a day instead of 3 large meals. And be sure that you are getting enough protein, and the right balance of the other nutrients your body needs. Make sure that you workout the larger muscles of the body (chest, back, abs, legs/glutes), as those are the ones that will burn the most calories. The more muscle your body has, the more calories your body uses. Also, do some form of cardiovascular exercise (walking, running, cycling, etc...) 4-5 times a week for 30-45 minutes. Remember that doing exercise slowly, correctly, and consistently is more important than how much weight you lift. And finally, start visualizing, or seeing your body the way you want it to be, not the way you don't want it to be. If you want to be lean and muscular, but you are always thinking about fat, subconsciously, you may be motivating yourself toward exactly what you do not want. Spend a few moments each day imagining yourself exactly the way you want to look. This will help keep you motivated to reach your goals. Good luck and don't give up!!!

Be as active as you can for the time permitted. You need to burn more calories than you ingest. So as well as bodybuilding or gym work, walk as much as you can, don't use the car as much if you drive. Be physical and not sedentary. Get your body into a routine of being active. Eat lots of fruit and vegetables in your diet. Cut down on meat, breads and foods that are heavy. Don't starve your body either as doing this will make it difficult to maintain weight loss. Yoyo diets occur when the body is deprived of what it needs. If you have land around your house, get active in the garden, or join a community gardening program. Stay active. Goodluck.
