swimming best Exercise Agree?

swimming in the pool - this is my way of losing weight swimming everyday in the pool but I'm just woried becuase the more I went into swimming the more I get my skin darker

Swimming is the best exercise do you agree? I think its really true before I didn't care of doing exercise everyday but now that I put on alot of wait my way of reducing it is swimming everyday in the pool. I really make sure that I can have at leasts one exercise in one day, if ever I cant swim I walk here in my place..does anybody knows what else exercises that is good in losing weight instantly?

Hello Glengirl, I think you are absolutly right swiming is a best exercise but you could lose you wait with many other exercises mail me if you want to get a book of wait reducing exercise

If I knew how to lose weight instantly, I would do that myself! LOL However, I think riding a bicycle is better exercise than swimming. If I swim all summer, I usually don't lose too much weight, but at least a little. When I didn't have a car and rode my bicycle 100 miles per week on average, I could eat anything I wanted and didn't gain any weight. That kept me so skinny. But it's hard to motivate yourself to ride a bicycle once you have a car.

Swimming is really great, but I think that running is ever better. Especially if you have something like a piece of nature around your house. Open spaces or woods. Cheers and happy myloting.

It is a good exercise because you breathe hard, you do good for the cardiovascular thing.It exercise the muscles.

I think it is because it is fun. It almost doesn't feel like you are exercising. My favorite exercises to do are ones that you don't feel like you are working out. Because that means 9 times out of 10 I will do it longer and work harder at it. I think dancing is another good way to loose some weight, because its fun. I have lost some weight just putting music on and dancing to it and watching what I am eating. I am starting to do that again though because I have put some weight back on.
