How do u feel when u have 0 response for ur discussion?

As of now, I havnt had one, i hav posted around 30 questions, luckily, I tend to get at least 1 response as minimum and 13 is my maximum reponse for a discussion...I dont yet know how it feels to have a 0 reponse, but I dont think I would worry much for it because it all depends on the people's taste too right, not to blame anyone for it..its also a way of getting an answer for the discussion posted I hope...

It doesn't feel good for sure.
It has not happened to me more than once but it happened to the discussion to which I was expecting most number of responses. There is something common here. The highest responses that I have received for a single discussion is also 13!

I get 0 responses and I don't feel disgusted. It is not my responsibility to call the MYLOT list of friends to beg them to respond to my discussions. No way. If I post discussion no one want to answer so be it. There are alot of discussion here that need to respond to especially the ones that are new. I don't want them to feel the way I did when I just started. Some of you are from referral and so your friends will answer because the more money your make is the more their kitty grow.
You all need to know the money power that happen here in mylot. If I make 70cent per day for responding only I am still glad because by july 15, I will have a little kitty to put in my paypal. So don't be so disgusted because it is all about the money. There are some geninue friends who are here to make friends but remember people spent their time in MYLOT to make money. So the more money you make it is the more money for them. i.e. if you were refer to MYLOT.
So don't so look down on the ones that are having 0 responses.

I agree with you there..
There is no reason to feel disgusted..
and yet, its not christmas everyday, you know what I mean?
Anyway, I just think this as part of the mylot life... :) sooner or later everybody would experience how to have a 0 response discussion..

I wouldn't worry about getting a zero response for a thread. Sometimes it's just a question of topic. Topics about relationships or lifestyle articles appeal to a wider audience, while topics about quantum physics or auto repair appeal to a select group of people.

I have two or three hanging there at the bottom of my list of unresolved discussions and I don't know how to resolve them, so that's the only thing that bothers me about getting no responses. Not everyone who is online at any given time is interested in everything that's posted.

For sure, I will feel rather discouraged, especially if I had done some research and had taken much pains and effort to present the discussion hoping to generate some good discussions. Fortunately, I have not had any of my discussions end up with zero responses, although I came close a few times. It puts you off and so I try not to start too many discussions these days, and concentrate instead on participating in other members' discussions instead.

Out of all the discussions I posted since being a member 12 months ago, I think I'm going to have my first discussion without any responses. But hey, it's still a bit premature to be thinking like that. I posted a new discussion 4 hours ago, thinking it might catch the attention of the parents. But still nothing.
I do feel a little disappointed but my Mylot life goes on.
Sometimes there will be topics that are not just interesting for some. And I guess I made one today.

I have had one or 2 of those. I don't take it personally.It can depend on many factors. When you post. What topic you post under. Mylot is a varied place. I just move n to my next discussion. I am glad it doesn't happen often.

Hey sharay. So far I at least get 1 response for my discussion too. I will feel upset when that happens. But then I just tell myself to keep up and try to post response so that they will do the same to me. Just as you said, sometimes we pick up a not that attractive topic so that we get no response. Anyway, I always believe things will become better while I don't give up.

i think you're going to outdo yourself this time and get more than 13 responses in this discussion.
i've started a coupel of discussiosn myself and i have a couple that have 0 responses. that's no big deal to me. i just think of a different discussion that would be of interest to other mylotters.

I feel sad because I thought the topic I posted is interesting and only to find out that noone was interested in it. LOL. But its okay. Thats life and most people here are interested in simple everyday discussions so I will go with the flow. Take care =)

Well good for you for always having someone respond to your discussion. I have some discussion that don't have any responses, at first I feel kinda down about it since I sometimes feel being left alone especially those discussion that have question or important things I need to confirm. But later on I find it okay since I'm also like that.. most of the time even if I saw a discussion without any response I don't bother to make one if I don't like the topic. So yeah, it just depends on what is the topic and taste of the audience unless your a good writer who can make any discussion fun and attract all kinds of people with different concepts in life.

I had one discussion with no response. At first i felt sad.
but later i found that the discussion was of no use. Only good discussions get recognised by mylotters. After that i have always tried to put only relevent or interesting topics.
