My favourite book by Sidney Sheldon is "If Tomorrow Comes". It's about a girl who is sent to prison on false charges and how she gets revenge on everyone involved. I've read it a few times and never get sick of it.

yes..dat was a good novel too...donno how on earth, he tends to know so much about a woman and her feelings (being a man himself), i think he even knows more about a woman than herself..in that novel, it even portrays about the happenings in the jail

Yeah, I found the jail part hard to read (where she lost the baby), but a baby would have made her revenge impossible.

Are there any Jeannie books? Unless I'm mistaken he wrote for that show didn't he? I read one of his books, oh I think about 10 or 15 years ago. I don't have it any more and cannot for the life of me remember what it's called. I guess it was okay but not that great that I'd keep it and remember it. Although I do have to admit that I do see his name often on the spines of books in the book shop. I'm just not tempted to actually pay for another one. But hey that's just me and maybe I'm really missing out on something here, but for me Sheldon writes the kind of book one would take to the beach as a good way of passing some time without the necessity of too much intellectual exercise.
