Do you rate all the discussions in which you participate?

I generally rate almost all the discussions I participate in and most of the responses, too. I rarely give a negative rating also. I mostly give people a negative rating if they are violating the guidelines in some way. I have reported abuse on people some time, mostly when they are harassing or trying to intimidate someone because of their point of view. But, again, that's also extremely rare for me to do and it is only for a good reason. I never rate anyone negatively or report them if I just don't like what they say.

I always give a positive rating to help the other person out. And, I hope that others do the same for me. I like to help my friends out.

I rate all discussions that I respond to. The only times I don't give a rating is if the person gave a rude answer, then I don't rate their response at all. I have never given a negative rating, nor have I reported abuse. I'm not positive but if I remember right if you rate somebody's reply a negative, then you get points taken away. As far as abuse, if it was really abuse then I'd be more likely to drop myLot adm a line than to deal with it on the forum. To note, I've never read anything that I would consider foul enough to report. One thing I would never do is give a negative rating to somebody just because I disagreed with their answer, this IS a discussion forum and people are entitled to their own beliefs.

Hi there naseeha! Yes, I do rate discussions. Oftentimes, I give a "+" for those that truly deserve it. I can't recall a time that I have ever given a "-".
