hi kethy!
don't you get hurt when you pull your hair? ^__^;; i don't really pull my hair when i'm angry or frustrated. i may scratch my head or just mess my hair when i'm feeling frustrated but not pull it. i think i only pull my hair when i have a very terrible headache. but still, i seldom do that.

Oh yes, but then its my hair, so I pull it carefully. hehe. Actually, it relieves me of my frustration pretty soon. Funny traits we crazy people have. Thank God you are not one of us.

hahah!! you are funny.. but yes there are people who acted that way. Well, I often see that in kids but for the adults? I was not able to see one doing that. Well, for me, when I am upset, I slam the door or drop things harder.. then my companions in the house would know that I am angry.
that's how I reacted when angry....or most often i would cry if I am frustrated but I will hide away from people.

I never was one to put my hair up very often to have to pull it down. I had long hair for many years. I now have short hair. When I am mad, I tend to pull at my hair sometimes out of frustration. I would actually like to pull someone elses hair that made me mad, LOL.

Hi!!!
No,I don't do that ever. But I don't know what I will do when I am too angry, till now I have never experienced that.
Don't get too angry,it is bad for health, you may consult a doctor for help.
