Organizing your Plots

Okay. So, I admit that some may find me a pretty lazy writer when it comes to this. It actually takes a lot of my will power to organize a plot line for my story. But, I have to say that I did it once for a book that I was stuck on. Basically, I mapped out my candy scenes (the scenes that I was really excited about writing) then I mapped out the filler scenes. I found that if I kind of followed the outline, I came up with other ideas to throw in. I, by no means, stayed within the plot peramater I had set for myself. But, I have to say that it did sort of help me a bit to keep things less confusing in my head.

When writing fiction I never organize plots, outline or whatever. Nonfiction I do outline.
