Hmmm.....after some long thoughts and a head hurting here is today's word...and hoenstly I did not even know it existed. So it is definitely new to me. Fulgent: (adjective) dazzling bright: RADIANT Since this is a new one for me I will start with a sentence. E.g. After he opened the door and saw everyone inside his eyes glowed fulgently.

After scrubbing and polishing all day, I was thrilled with the fulgent appearance of my house. Not long after she met her "soulmate," Jessica's fulgent smile brightened up the whole room. Are you being convinced by the fulgent car, or is it a really good one?

Hello taface412. I am with you on this one, I have not heard of the word, "fulgent." When you get to be my age, there is not a lot of room in the brain for very many more new words. Still, I'm always interested in hearing about them. Thanks for sharing, taface412. Your knowledge of words is no doubt fulgent. PearlGrace

How very creative and thank you for the compliment. This is turning out to be a fun project, even though I am having a tough times at times coming up with them.

thanks so much for sharing. i too had not heard it before. it's a great idea that you're doing this. though some of us might not remember it at once, we'll definitely know that we have seen it somewhere and the more times we encounter it, then we learn about it. this is a good way to improve our vocabulary. to see a loved one's fulgent face early in the morning makes my day.
