Well medically they say dark chocolates are good anti oxidant and good for health. I feel black chocolates sometimes taste bitter due to more cocoa..i like milk chocolates.

Yes my friend, absolutely it is really good for our heath. The cacao bean products from which chocolate is made are known under different names in different parts of the world. Dark chocolate is produced by adding fat and sugar to cacao. It is chocolate without milk as an additive, although in the United States it is added in most commonly found chocolates. It is sometimes called "plain chocolate" and "black chocolate". Sweet chocolate is not necessarily dark chocolate as there is no restriction of milk in it.

Hi, centura-abram. It is true that dark chocolate is very good for you. It aids in being a beneficial antioxidant. I love it. I love eating Peppermint Patties. This is a very delicious minty patty. I love eating it because, I know that it is good for me. But, I only eat it in moderation though.

According to my research about chocolates, black chocolates are good in our body. Some of chocolate's health benefits are: - it lowers blood pressure & cholesterol - it contains serotonin, which acts as an anti-depressant - it contains theobromine, caffeine and other substances which are stimulants You should only choose black chocolate with no milk. Also, a certain doctor said to eat a maximum of 30g per day.

I love eating chocolate especially the black one and to be more specific the black chocolate of toblerone...More than enjoyment in biting and consuming, It is healthy to eat this one for its benefits to your heart and cholesterol. It has a positive effect in your blood pressure and it is a great antioxidant. I also love the bitter taste of it. I used to eat and drink a native cocoa since childhood. That is our favorite breakfast and snack. Manufactured chocolate is made from cocoa except the white one obviously it has no cocoa. We have heard before that chocolate is unhealthy not good for diabetic, now those myths was over, eating dark chocolate is one way or another an answer to your health condition.

Dark chocolate has less sugar and a dose of serotonin. Serotonin is a naturally occurring chemical our brain creates to elevate our mood. That's why many women crave chocolate when they are upset! (men too, I don't know) I might be misunderstanding you, but just in case you're confused, you won't get diabetes from eating sugar. Diabetes is a metabolic disease. I like to eat Nestle Toll House semi-sweet chocolate bits. Eating a few nibbles from the bag is more cost effective than buying one candy bar. Try it. You might like it!

I've read a lot of articles on sympatico.ca about the benefits of dark chocolate. I can say I never was wrong in my tastes before. Hehe. I've always preferred dark chocolates ever since because it doesn't taste so sweet compared to the regular brown ones. But you have to eat it in moderation.
