Proper posture and elevated shoes would definitely make you taller physically. To appear to be tall, you have to wear clothes with vertical lines. Hope this helps.

I think it's all about having a good posture. By having that , it reduced the the negative effects of aging and also it promotes growth.By trying to stand straight and walk at all times, it can improve your posture thus maximize your height. Avoid wearing baggy clothes.I noticed that those who are wearing it who are not that tall enough seems to accentuate their lack of height. If you're comfortable with heels, then try it. and lastly, if you are on the heavy side, try to lose some pounds. Because having a slimmer body seems to look taller.

This is just my opinion but I would guess vertical stripes might make you look taller or and high heeled shoe.

it is also said that if you are on the plumb side, then wear shirts with vertical stripes. it makes you taller. and of course, if you're too thin and want to look plumber, then shirts with horizontal stripes are better. for a lady, if you have wide shoulders, it's better to just show your shoulders a little and not too much as it makes them look even bigger and wider while the opposite is the case for people with 'drooping' shoulders. also for ladies, if your legs are long, (i'm not too sure as i might have forgotten this one) i think if you wear mini skirts and shorts and all, basically bottoms that show off your legs, you tend to look shorter or something. whereas if you want to look taller, you should wear long bottoms and all. but this, i'm not too sure. i'll be glad to have people let me know if i'm wrong or right on this one. of course, all these are things that i've heard from people and all and what i noticed.
