Do you have days when you feel Lonely and Not loved??

Sad, nobody loves me!! - Days that make you feel like a doormat. You start to feel sad and gloom decends on you! nobody loves you coz you ar not worth it! Lonely coz nobody wants to be with you! But as a matter of fact it is YOU who are avoiding other people. Have you ever experienced this kind of emotion? Something that you know is not true but your heart is not ready to accept.

Do you have days in which for no reason at all you start to fell lonely, even when you are in a crowd and Not loved, even when you actually know that people do love and appretiate you?? I have these mood swngs at times, if that is what it is called!! I dont know what causes it, it kind of makes me irritated at every thing little thing. It can be anything that is not much of a issue, but at times like that, i just blow up things that take bad shape later on. I start to think that nobody loves me and that i am not wanted! This has nothing to do with my husband or child, as i know that they love me a lot. i have been experiencing this from before i could get married. Do not know if something is wrong with my head. Does it ever happen to you too, do you feel down,lonely and not loved at times??

There are plenty of days when I feel lonely and unloved even though I have plenty of people around me telling me they love me. I don't think there really is anything that causes it, it's just one of those things we go through and I think we would always go through it.

Sometimes I do but not very often. When I was married I felt lonely and unloved a lot. No more! I've always enjoyed by alone, though, so I'm rarely lonely now. My children and family love me and that's enough.
