Hi knightrider.Bad dreams are not bad omen.Thats just a superstition. Most of the times you may have bad dreams when you're going through any changes. Also,if there are some things disturbing you but you're not dealing directly with, you may have bad dreams. It could be because of certain issues that you chose to "forget" about but they are just pushed to your subconscious in reality. But sometimes just a messed up biological clock may be the problem. If you suddenly have different timings that you sleep and wake up it takes the form of nightmares. It could be as simple as bad health or as complex as issues and changes you have been ignoring. So it would be better if you just seek assistance from a professional just to be sure.So that it doesn't get out of hand.Take care!

it could mean several things.. they could really mean something else than what you see or they could be prophetic.. i went a month where i would dream i was murdered every night and nothing happened to me.. one had my ex in it and i broke up with him soon afterwards but i dunno if the dreamed meant anything.. i would always come back to life and kill the murderer in the dreams which i find bizarre.. if you ever want me to hear and see if i can figure out a dream of yours just message me.. im pretty good at figuring them out sometimes.. but there are some that are just like trash in your head escaping and nothing to really worry about

Are you eating right before you go to bed? Strangely enough it can cause you to have bad dreams. I had a bed and it seemed I had the weirdest dreams when sleeping in it. I have had dreams come true, but I can't say that all the bad dreams I've had are omens.

My advice, from experience, is to try getting help. I dealt with tremors and vivid nightmares from Iraq for almost a year before I got help. My doctor gave me Ambien and I sleep well with no tremors. Of course, I'm on other meds too...
