OK so I have been considering trying the new weight loss medicine called ALI. I have heard many different things about it but I am not sure how my body would react. One of the horror stories I heard is that it can cause loose(uncontrollable) bowel movements if you eat very fatting items that you are not suppose to eat. I guess on the diet you have to stay away from items that are high in fat or greasy items. I am not sure if I can do this. Do you have any experience with ALI or know anyone that has? What were there results? Did it work? Is it worth the cost, I noticed it is kinda pricey.

Hi I haven't heard of this particular diet but the only real way to lose weight is less calories = less weight. Good luck though. Ellie :D

This Product does work, and It works well. You just have to be careful. It says on the box "to wear dark pants and bring extra pants to work with you." It cleans you out fast. Some people can't get to the bathroom in time and well thats why they put that warning on there. Some of my co-workers have taken it and they said that they are happy with it and they said not to worry about the warning. They all have bathrooms within a 1 minute walk. One of my co-workers have already lost 14lbs in 2 months, she only takes half the dose though. I hope this helps!

No but ironically enough a commercial just came on only a few minutes ago. And it is funny because I know a few poeple who have taken it and say it worked and from the looks of it, I have seen the results, and the commercial made me think about trying it, so maybe it was a sign that you wrote this discussion and I really should try it. Thanks
