squat - One leg squat make your balance good and improve leg muscle.

Ok.Here is my favorite warm up daily.Let me know if anybody can perform this and I will surely say you rock!!!Stand up,raise your left and right hand straight up to level of your shoulder,raise your right foot in front and bend or squat then up.Perform this ten times and it is equivalent to 1000 meters jogging.

Nope. I sure cannot do it. I just tried it and it is really hard for me to do. I cannot even get bent down half way. I am so out of shape LOL. I used to be so athletic but since I work so much on the computer, I have gotten out of shape a little bit. I bet that it does give you a good workout though.
