Does truth come out unconciously when we are angry.

When we tend to argue or quarrel we usually end up saying awful things which under normal circumstances we would not say. But I have realised that it is then that a peson tells what is really in his heart and that usually is the truth that we have been hiding in our heart. They sound awful and all but in fact it is often the truth. Am I right in assuming so ??

Yes many times the truth does come out unconciously when we are angry. Especially our feelings about people or situations which we would be very uncomfortable in discussing when we are calm. When we are angry we also get hurt and in a state of wanting to retaliate we often let go about the way we feel which would be the truth.

I think You have something here! Some Emotions,eg.Anger, are stronger than others, and when You're emotional,You can unconsciously let down your defences..Arguments in a relationship have been known to cause breakups when something was said that maybe better have remained unsaid. good discussion!
