back on my diet again

Okay, I got myself into a new diet again. Well, I have done this before and significantly lost weight--8 lbs in 2 weeks! But I gained about 2 lbs, so I want to lose it and another 8-10 lbs so that I will go back to my original weight of 95 lbs. So it is a very low carb-very low sugar diet. It is very effective. But of course, it should not be done on a regular basis, just when you think you are gaining weight again. It is better if you eat more veggies, but I eat meat more. hehe Anyway, maybe just 5 more days. hehe please encourage me to go on...:D

Good for you, I'm proud for you. I have had a weight problem for about ten years. Everytime I start an eating program, it lasts for about two to three weeks, the novelty wares off and I'm right back to my old habits. I know there are very good eating programs out there. Dr. Phil's diet and the South Beach are two excellent eating programs. When you really check them out it's nothing but eating natural, healthy foods and using portion control. That's what usually gets me, I over eat. Keep going, your doing wonderfully.
