There is something wrong with my guinea pig :(

Hey everyone!
I have had my guinea pig for a few months now and a few months ago my other guinea pig died from a parasite :( i got my other guinea pig just a few days before he died. Through out this week she has been becoming weak and i don't know what to do. She eats and drinks like usual but she doesnt walk that much but when she does she shakes so she cant move very far :(
does anybody know what i can do or what is wrong with her?

A parasite can easily be transmitted from one to the other. It is past through stool so I would take it to a vet. Since they were in the cage even for a short time chances are it got it too and they can treat it so take it in and have it looked at.

I used to have piggies many years ago , so I know this is hard for you . If you are able to you should take your piggie to the vets . You know it could just have a cold and if treated early it will be okay.

If your vet diagnosed the other piggie with a parasite, you need to get your other pig treated for it. Take the poor thing to the vet! It sounds like she's sick.

Hi mellyy.
Can you the her to the vet? do't relly know much about giunea pigs but hope she'll get better soon.
