sometimes i like to quit, feeling that i don't belong, sounds familiar? have you ever felt that? is it being lonely or just going out of your comfort zone that you're not at ease anymore? how do you cope that?

Loneliness can either be a mental or physical state, sometimes both. Being lonely by a lack of others around you, or feeling alone as the world rushes past. I've experienced both of those separately and at one point i felt both mentally and physically lonely, tired and generally worn. It took me a few weeks of doing very little to just take a step back and take stock of my life and everything in it. People cope with these instances in different ways depending upon their circumstances. If its the physical side, you should try to go out and meet people to prevent becoming a hermit and if its the mental state, talk to someone. If you don't feel you can talk to friend or family, there are plenty of organisations like the Samaritans who will listen. Also the Internet means there is always somewhere you can just chat to complete strangers and some homely sites where you can be sure there will be no judgement etc Hope it all works out

Yup, I have felt that not only once but a number of times. There are lots of things that affect us and we tend to loose our composure. It crosses our minds to give up but if we would try to concentrate on our motivation, the reason why we are living, we would have a second wind. A renewed strength that will enable us to forget our loneliness and bring back the smile in our lips and our eyes.

I think it possible to feel lonely even if there are lots of people around and there are certain situations where we dont feel comfortable.I think the secret is probably trying to just be comfortable with yourself - the person YOU are. Its not an easy thing to do.
