Do you have plants at work?

I noticed theres some work places that have plants and other greenery and others that are totally devoid of them. Does your work place have plants...are they your own or someone else's? Who cares for them? In may i brought plants to work to help keep the air fresher. It also seems more "permanent" having plants in an office. The other girl i work with also brought plants. I care for them all.

I agree that the plants indoors give some sort of comfort. I enjoy taking care of mine.

The office where i work is full of plants. Its a pleasant environment as it livens up the grey walls and also just gives a general lively feeling to the office. The boss really likes flowers and plants which is good. Also as i no longer have a garden its good in that respect.

That is good. I'd miss plants if i couldn't have them at home or work. I love my garden.

At my one job, I work in stores, and yes, they have plants, but they are for sale. In my other job, I work in people's homes, and some of them have plants. They care for them with my help. Usually outdoor plants. Plants do soften harsh edges, improve air quality, and personalize the surroundings. I have houseplants and love what they do for the home. They do, however, suffer in the winter, because of less light, and more dry air.

I hadnt thought about them softening harsh edges. After we added the ones here at work I found that it felt more welcoming when I walked in and smelled fresher.
