Favorite bands

I have lots of bands I like to listen to but I think my favourite band at the moment would have to be Aveneged Sevenfold. I went to see them in January live and they were brilliant. I think that they are a really talented band, and the guitarist - Synyster Gates has some of the most amazing guitar skills I have ever seen and it is so apparent in their music. They are also a band that aren't afraid to try new styles, which can be clearly seen throughout all their albums but most obviously on their latest one. They are a band I cannot see myself getting tired of soon at all!

I like Linkin Park, however I was not too fond of the last album. I am a big fan of Tool. I've liked them since I was a kid and Undertow was released. They have an amazing presense when they perform and a brilliant stage show. Maynard is a very inteligent individual that makes valid points in the subjects of theology and politics. Not to mention the music that Tool generates is amazing.

My favorite band is Kill Hannah. The name sounds a lot harder than the band is haha. They are a dancey rock band (maybe along the lines of bands like Placebo, The Killers etc). They are from Chicago. I just love that their music is dancy, yet rocks. I love their aesthetic. Their live shows are really fun. I love their fanbase. There are so many really awesome people that I have become friends with because of our shared love of Kill Hannah. I also like that they are really nice dudes. Anytime I've talked to them after concerts, they have been really nice. I used to love that the singer, Mat, would write these really funny journal entries. My friends and I would laugh hysterically because of them. AFI would come in a close second. Other bands I really love: The Birthday Massacre, The Academy Is..., Bright Eyes, Placebo, The Honorary Title.

my favorite would have to be frijid pink because of there excellent cover of house of the rising sun. also, frijid pink was during the 60's-70's and i hate almost all the music after the 1990', especially the music after 2000.
