Do You Know What The Induced Infant Liability Act Obama Does

The Induced Infant Liability Act was the Illinois version of the Federal Born Alive Infants Protection Act. This bill made so much common sense that the biggest Pro-Abortion lobbyist group did not oppose this bill. What made this bill so "evil" that it required Obama to vote no to it, it protected a baby that survived an abortion from being kill outside of the womb. When Obama said children were a punishment he truly meant it.

Now I'm not defending Senator Obama because I really don't know where he's coming from sometimes. I'm just a little confused about the Induced Infant Liability Act. I was reading the wording and it really doesn't make any sense. Section 10 reads that "If a child is born alive after an induced labor abortion or any other abortion, a PARENT of the child or the public guardian of the county in which the child was born may maintain an action on the childs behalf for damages, including all costs of care to preserve and protect the life, health and safety of the child, punitive damages, costs of suits and attorney's fees against any hospital, health care facility, or health care provider who harms or neglects the child or fails to provide medical care to the child after the child's birth." Now what really confuses me is the fact that the parent who wanted to abort the child, now has the right to sue for damages. This is the same parent who obviously didn't want the child to begin with or they wouldn't have wanted an abortion. I can see giving the public guardian of the county the right to claim damages, but the parent? If you removed the parent clause in this bill I would have an easier time of supporting it because I don't think that the mother of the child should have any rights to the child at all if she were having an abortion to begin with.

I think the woman would have the right, if she were forced into the abortion. So I would in this case, try to find out if her husband and her family pressured her or if she was a teenager and they kept all information about help in letting her raise the baby or about adoption silent. Only in those cases, should she be able to sue the health officials.

I think it is implying that the people who perform it need to use the best technique for the situation. Which would improve the medical field. Should the mother be able to sue if they use a wire coat hanger to perform the abortion and it goes wrong?

Yeah, and his kids must be really proud of him for that. They should thank God that he decided to let them live.

This really boggles the mind. If I was among the enemies of America, I might be afraid of this guy. Anyone willing to kill a living just born baby surely would be likely to have no remorse about using nuclear weapons.

Coming from a man that disrespects our flag, it doesn't surprise me. I really wish people would research the candidates instead of voting for whom the party tells them to vote for via slanted news coverage. Personally, I'm pro choice, but I don't believe in abortion, if that makes sense. I believe it's no one's business to tell someone else what to do with his or her body. Period. But, I also believe that if a child survives an abortion, it should have the right to live. If a convicted felon survives the gas chamber they have the right to live, so wtf?? Obama is bad news, but people won't do the research, they vote the way they would choose a high school student body president--based on popularity. It sickens me.

If Naral did not even oppose it then why would anyone oppose the ban on this procedure.

Same reason he will reinstate the draft: population control.

Yes, I did a discussion on the Federal Born Alive Infants Protection Act. Very important issue. We cannot address this issue enough. Most people who are voting for Obama do not know anything about it. He has no respect for the life of a baby. I don't understand how professed conservative Christians can vote for this man. When a black conservative Christian votes for him, you cannot tell me it not about color. Before Obama came into the picture, did they not cast these these evil acts into hell fire where they belong?!!! Sure they did! So did the white conservative Christians. The white conservative Christians who are voting for him, vote for him for what reason? Guilt!!! Trying to pay for slavery. You can't pay for it. You can be sorry for it. You can show respect where it belongs, but you cannot pay for it by voting for a black man who approves of murder! The Bible says that forgiveness come from Jesus. His blood washes away our sins. If you want him to forgive you, you must forgive others. So forgiveness is the key.
