Is drinking more water is good to health...?

i heard some body saying that drinking more water keeps u away from many desease... what u guys are going to say abt this...?

Yes drinking of water is good for health. As said below 8 to 12 glasses of water keeps you away from most of the deasease . Try to drink good purified water.Its necessary that you drink one glass of water in the early morning in empty stomach after brushing your teeth its very good for health and keeps you fit. Keep a glass of water near by you while eating after finish its take a glass of water otherwise you might forget to drink . Keep on drinking water before you feel it when your body dehydarted when your body loses most of the water content than you only you feel thirsty so don't keep till that time its not good for health ok take care have a glass of water thinking that its good for health

Hi my friends,I don't think so. all things there are limites.The water is also. As far as I know,the water in our body is balance,and when we consume some,we should replenish. And if we drink water too much ,it will break the balance,which will dilute the saline in the blood,and we will feel dizzy,and get ill.That why when we ill some time we should inject the saline water. About why 8 glasses water every day,I think maybe we will consume that every day,but in summer it is more than other time,because of perspiring.Have a good day.

Yes it is true....water flushes the body of toxins therefore keeping disease away!

You have to drink enough water. Not more water, a minimum of 8-10 glasses of water required for normal body functions. If you are living in hot climate you need more water since the perspiration cause loss of water from your body.

That defends how much is that much? They got even this water therapy right now.8 glasses of water everyday is very healthy and good for your body.Your body cannot survide w/out any fluids.But i dont agree to much as in too much is good.I always said that too much is never be good.good day! I dunno if drinking water will keep you away from diseases. But it is vital to drink water to let our body cool down and keep us fresh. They say a human being can live a week without food but only 3 days without water because hydration is really important.
