Do you give in to arguements with just about anyone?

I have friends who do argue and never want to give in to arguements. But i think it is quite alright if they do that with their friends if they know what they are doing. But do they do the same to their family. I do have a older brothe who doesnt like to qive in or compromise. I think as a human being both parties must settle issues in a peaceful way. So what are your opinions on such people and how do you handle them?

Uncompromising people can be a pain in the butt. I have met more than a few of them in my time. I think some people like to argue because they are he center of attention so long as they do so. Other people argue because they can really only see one side of an issue. Other people like the trill of 'winning' and argument. I pretty much do not like any of them. In practice, I think, you should ignore them. You can come up with your own way of responding, but something like, "I do not just argue. You do not seem interested in listening to what I have to say so I'm entirely disinterested in hearing what you have to say."

I believe that such people are trying to protect themselves from being exposed. You kind of notice it in ther reaction. Cause even they are wrong they try to justify it and make it look as if it is right. I do pity them. But usually when you give a silent stare back at them they seem more willing to give up.
