Anyone listened to the Big Finish audiobooks much?

Any you'd recommend? I love these things, great stuff for putting on in the background when you're doing something else. Think I've heard most of the ones people recommend, like the Chimes of Midnight, Davros, and Spare Parts. Any others you liked particularly?

I've got a lot of the earlier ones - up to "Colditz", I think. I love them, although I've not been in a position to buy any lately, due to financial difficulties. I particularly enjoyed "The Marian Conspiracy", "Storm Warning", "The Spectre of Lanyon Moor", "Dust Breeding" and "The Mutant Phase". I must buy some more when I've got the money. Dr Who works really well in the audio format. Personally I like to stick on my headphones and listen to them in a dark room. Some of the BBV audios are quite good too.

Yeah, I've bought quite a few of the BBV ones, mostly the Faction Paradox stuff, which is always entertaining. From what I've heard, and what I've borrowed, the BF stuff get better as it goes along. The Kingmaker, one of the more recent ones, is definitely a classic.

I haven't listened to any of the "Faction Paradox" stuff yet. Am I right in thinking it started out as a spinoff from one of the Dr Who novels? It gets hard to follow the continuity sometimes, as I don't have the resources to buy all the books as well as the audios - let alone the time to read the books and listen to the audios!
